आज दिनांक 4 जनवरी 2022 को समय 12:00 बजे स्थान हरबर्टपुर नगरपालिका कार्यालय ऑफिस मैं स्किल डेवलपमेंट समिति कालसी उत्तराखंड के अध्यक्ष सुदेश तोमर द्वारा सभी सभासद गण पम्मी देवी विपुल अग्रवाल अखिल गोयल, गुलिस्ता, राजेंद्र पटेल, सुबीर कुमार दास, नीरज थापा उषा भट्ट, श्याम शर्मा और मनोनीत सभासद प्रमोद गुप्ता और अध्यक्ष देवेंद्र सिंह बिष्ट नगर पालिका हरबर्टपुर को भी कोरोना योद्धा का प्रमाण पत्र बांटे गए इसके साथ नगरपालिका के कार्यरत नियमित दैनिक/ संविदा/ आउट सॉरी आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मचारियों जैसे पर्यावरण मित्र आदि सभी 57 कर्मचारियों भगवान सिंह बिष्ट, डीएस चौहान, पवन थापा, मनोज बिष्ट, राजेंद्र कुमार, राजीव कुमार, मुरारी, सुनीता देवी, अमीनाथ, नरेश कुमार, राजेश कुमार, रविंद्र कुमार, अक्षय कुमार, अनिल कुमार, प्रदीप आदि सभी को कोरोना योद्धा के प्रमाण पत्र बांटे गए समिति के अध्यक्ष सुदेश तोमर द्वारा और समिति आशा करती है की समाज में ऐसे आदर्श परिकल्पना की अवधारणा समाज में व्याप्त हो और इसी तरीके से स्किल डेवलपमेंट समिति द्वारा 30 नवंबर2021 से शुरू करी गई और चकराता ब्लॉक, सहसपुर ब्लॉक,कालसी ब्ल
