 Now India & china's youths,old ages people,family,children due to all working/engaged in day to day work also affected by loneliness so its effect that every year people died in these top industrial nations.

 1. People do any physical exercise for engagement .                  
 2. Organize any community festival for Get together event  in weekly,quarterly,monthly according time you all .                  
 3.Read books every day for reducing stress day by day.          
4. Do Evening walk regularly for reducing stress.

People should talk to new people during loneliness feeling.                                                  6. Do yoga exercise regularly in any place for reducing stress
