नागरिक का हुनरमंद देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ाना

  यह 21वीं सदी है इसमें हुनरमंद होना किसी भी देश के नागरिक को या उसकी अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ाने के लिए किसी भी देश के नागरिक को हुनरमंद होना काफी जरूरी होता है  अगर हम ज्यादातर विकसित देशों की बात करें तो वहां पर लगभग 40 परसेंट से लेकर 96 परसेंट हुनरमंद लोग मिलेंगे जिसे आप कुशल कर्मचारी भी कह सकते हैं क्योंकि वह नागरिक या कर्मचारी अपने काम में निपुण है वह काम वह  चाहे कंपनी में काम करे और वह चाहे अपना स्वरोजगार करें उस काम में  वह निपुण है या हुनरमंद है वह अपना जीविकोपार्जन कर सकता  है  अगर हम विश्व के हुनरमंद लोगों का प्रतिशत देखें तो  बहुत कम होगा और विकसित देश के मुकाबले विकासशील देशों और विकसित देशों की तुलना हुनरमंद में विकसित देशों के मुकाबले इन देशों में लगभग 10 से 15 परसेंट हुनरमंद लोगे होंगे जोकि बहुत कम है और अगर हम बात कहें महिला पुरुष की तो उसमें पुरुष का  हुनरमंद होना ज्यादा होगा पूरे विश्व में क्योंकि विकसित देशों में जेंडर गैप कम है जबकि विकासशील देश और अविकसित देशों में जेंडर गैप ज्यादा है  जहां विकसित देशों में महिलाएं काफी कुशल...
