  स्किल डेवलपमेंट समिति द्वारा ऐसे तो बहुत सारे कार्य करे जा दे रहे हैं जिसमें की सार्वजनिक सेमिनार करवाना कार्यशाला करवाना, कौशल विकास में 1 साल के प्रशिक्षण देना और हुनरमंद लोगों को पुरस्कृत करना जैसे राजमिस्त्री से लेकर व्यवसाई तक और खेल क्षेत्र के युवा लोग और इसके अतिरिक्त जल संरक्षण और जल प्रबंधन पर कार्यशाला है कराई जाती है और जल संरक्षण को बढ़ावा दिया जाता है इसके साथ जरूरतमंदों की भी मदद करी जाती है साथ में स्किल डेवलपमेंट समिति कालसी उत्तराखंड द्वारा 2017 से ही लेखक और अध्यक्ष सुदेश तोमर के मार्गदर्शन के द्वारा ही सामाजिक न्याय के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करा जा रहा है और इसके साथ स्किल डेवलपमेंट समिति द्वारा उत्तराखंड की जनता के रुझान किया क्षेत्र के लोगों की समस्या के साथ सामाजिक न्याय के लिए भी प्रशासन से गुहार लगाती रहती हैं जिस से लेकर हमने 2020 से 21 में कुछ सरकार को एप्लीकेशन दी गई है जो निम्न प्रकार है जैसे नगर पंचायत लगाना कालसी में प्रशासन को और जवाबदेही बनाना भ्रष्टाचार पर रोक लगाना और व्यापार सुगमता क्षेत्र में और ज्यादा बनाना जिससे पलायन रोका जा सके और आत्मनि
